A leading real estate developer launching a new residential project in Ratlam, MP, needed to build rapid local awareness and drive physical site visits. The local market was saturated with print ads, and digital banners were not grabbing enough attention from target homebuyers.

Zebracat proposed a high-visibility Digital Signage (DOOH) campaign using premium LED screens at key high-footfall junctions across Ratlam. By leveraging digital screens, we could rotate vibrant creatives during peak traffic hours to maximize impressions.

We selected 8 premium digital screens across major commercial areas including Station Road, Do Batti, and Chandni Chowk. Creatives highlighted the project's modern amenities, starting price, and an easy-to-read contact number. We ran 10-second slots repeated 300+ times per day per screen, focusing heavily during evening commute hours (5:00 PM to 9:00 PM).

The Impact

The 7-day campaign delivered exceptional results, generating over 5 Lakh+ estimated impressions. More importantly, it directly led to 300+ verified site visits and high-intent walk-ins within the launch week, achieving a remarkably low cost-per-lead (CPL) of just ₹280.
