The Challenge
A premium D2C organic food brand wanted to build a dense customer base in specific affluent neighborhoods in Gurgaon. Standard digital-only acquisition costs were high, and traditional billboards were too broad to target specific residential societies.
Strategy & Execution
We recommended a hyper-local surround-sound campaign: combining premium physical lift branding inside high-end apartment complexes with matching digital OTT video ads geo-fenced to the same coordinates.
We deployed digital and static poster ads in 800+ elevator lobbies and inside lift cabins of premium high-rise societies in Gurgaon. Simultaneously, we ran matching 15-second non-skippable OTT video ads targeted specifically to users connected to Wi-Fi networks in those exact societies.
The Impact
By capturing users during distraction-free elevator rides and reinforcing the message on their personal screens at home, we achieved 40,000+ high-intent daily impressions. The campaign drove a substantial boost in subscription signups, yielding a 4x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
